This Shipping Policy applies to online retail orders placed through zsypouch.com. Wholesale or distributor orders may be subject to separate shipping terms.

ZSYpouch products are intended for adults 21 years of age or older. By placing an order on zsypouch.com, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase nicotine pouch products in your location.

ZSYpouch products contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. For adult use only.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping laws and carrier requirements may change from time to time. We may update this page as needed to reflect changes in federal, state, local, or carrier rules.

We do not sell or ship to any state, territory, county, city, or local jurisdiction where the sale or shipment of ZSYpouch products is prohibited or restricted by law or carrier policy.

We currently do not ship to the following locations:

· Vermont

· Guam

· Puerto Rico

· Federated States of Micronesia

· Any other destination where shipment is prohibited or restricted by applicable law or carrier policy

Restricted Local Jurisdictions

We may be unable to ship to certain local jurisdictions within otherwise available states. At this time, restricted locations include:

· California: Shipping availability may be limited based on California state and local tobacco product restrictions.

· Colorado: Aspen, Carbondale, Edgewater, Glenwood Springs, Golden, Snowmass Village

· Illinois: Cook County, River Forest, Skokie

· Maine: Bangor, Bar Harbor, Brunswick, Portland, South Portland

· Minnesota: Arden Hills, Bloomington, Brown's Valley, Edina, Golden Valley, Mendota Heights, Moorhead, Richfield, Traverse County, Wheaton, New Hope, Nobles County, Robbinsdale, St. Louis Park

· North Dakota: Cando, Linton

· Ohio: Grandview Heights, Bexley, Columbus, Toledo

· Oregon: Multnomah County

This list is not exhaustive and may be updated at any time. If your shipping address is restricted, your order may be declined, cancelled, or refunded.

Order Processing

ZSYpouch ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on order volume and compliance review.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Most orders ship via UPS Ground with Adult Signature Required. Estimated delivery time is generally 5–7 business days after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery times are estimates only and do not include order processing time. Severe weather, wildfires, carrier delays, address issues, or adult signature delivery attempts may affect delivery timing.

Adult Signature Requirement

All ZSYpouch shipments require adult signature confirmation upon delivery. A person 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the package.

The carrier may require a valid government-issued photo ID at delivery. Packages cannot be left unattended, delivered to minors, or released without an adult signature.

If an adult signature is not available after the carrier’s delivery attempts, the package may be returned. The customer may be responsible for applicable shipping, return, or restocking costs where permitted.

P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

All orders must be shipped to a valid residential or business street address where an adult 21 years of age or older can sign for the package.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the package is picked up by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. ZSYpouch is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or restricted shipping addresses.

If we determine that an address is incomplete, restricted, or not eligible for delivery, the order may be cancelled or refunded.

Taxes and Fees

Applicable sales tax, excise tax, regulatory fees, shipping fees, or other charges may be calculated and collected at checkout where required.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are legally permitted to purchase and receive ZSYpouch products in their location.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@zsypouch.com. We will assist you with the carrier claim process where applicable.

Please keep all packaging materials, damaged products, and carrier documentation until the claim is resolved.

ZSYpouch is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information, restricted delivery locations, failed adult signature attempts, or carrier service disruptions.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of nicotine pouch products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.

ZSYpouch cans may be eligible for return or replacement within 30 days of delivery only if there is a verified manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us at info@zsypouch.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Returns, replacements, or refunds are subject to review and approval by ZSYpouch.
