In these Terms and Conditions, “ZSY,” “ZSYPOUCH,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Constance Distribution Inc. and its related website, online store, brand-controlled social media pages, products, content, promotions, and services. “You” refers to any person who accesses or uses our website or places an order through our website.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using www.zsypouch.com, creating an account, placing an order, signing up for communications, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced in these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Important Notice: These Terms include a binding arbitration provision and a class action and jury trial waiver in Section 17. Please review that section carefully.

You and we knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a jury trial for disputes covered by this section.

You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending a written opt-out notice to info@zsypouch.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name, contact information, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, services, or products will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration provision.

For any dispute not subject to arbitration, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
